                Anthony Armstrong (National Director for Culinary Affairs)
 

Anthony is the owner of the Fillet Of Soul restaurant, Manor of Hamilton in Leitrim.

 Anthony has in the past being manager of the Northern Ireland culinary team and is currently development chef for Northern Ireland Seafood Board, he is also a multi medal winner Nationally and Internationally and has been in the catering business since 1979.

Anthony enjoys most foods and has an interest in modern trends and enjoys being a member of the Panel of Chefs, and would recommend the organisation very highly.
