Alan is the Head Chef at the Waterfront Restaurant in Sligo which encompasses a host of food and beverage outlets. The restaurant has won many awards and accolades under his leadership over the past few years. He is working in the food industry for twenty years and still enjoys it very much. Alan is a very keen competitor and has won five gold medals at the coveted Chef Ireland 2005. Alan says that his branch has a steady following and he is looking forward to seeing the membership increase further in the coming years.
