I have been a member of the Panel Of chefs since 1985 and have won many awards  at various competitions.  Having held the position of secretary in Leinster for 7 years I was involved in organising many events, Chef of The Year being one of them. 

I was elected to The Board of Directors as PRO in 2006 and since then I have, with the help of my fellow directors tried to bring the Panel Of Chefs to the attention of many new company's. 

This positions brings many new challenges and I look forward to embracing them with enthusiasm and vigour.
