In the individual Competitions, the team came home with 13 Awards including gold, silver and bronze medals. The most prestigious competition during the show was the Hot Kitchen event where the teams have to prepare, cook and serve a 3 course meal to 85 people. This is an international competition and the South East Culinary Team was placed second with 7 Silver Medals. The South East Culinary Team is pictured at a Reception held in the Training Restaurant at the Waterford Institute of Technology.
