Michael has been in the catering business for the past forty years, during his many travels he acquired a hugh knowledge of food.

Michael is currently working for Lyndon Corporate Catering, and is also a consultant chef.

He has always enjoyed working in the food industry and highly recommends membership of the Panel of Chefs Ireland Ltd.
